Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mobility Transportation Driver to join our team at Emergent Health Partners. As a Mobility Transportation Driver, you will play a vital role in providing safe and timely transportation to our clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive clients from facilities and homes to the PACE center and scheduled medical appointments in a clean and well-maintained vehicle.
  • Assist clients with on and off-boarding using the electric wheelchair lift when needed.
  • Provide clients with safe and timely transit, treating them with compassion and respect.
  • Interact professionally and courteously with PACE clients, family members, facility staff, and co-workers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass an agility test, including safely driving and operating the PACE bus or wheelchair van, pushing wheelchairs weighing 60 pounds, and pushing wheelchairs holding clients weighing up to 350 pounds.
  • Ability to pass a company-sponsored background check, drug screen, and physical, including a nicotine test.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with other employees and with a diverse range of people.
What We Offer
  • Part-time positions with a max of 29 hours per week.
  • Some weekend and holiday hours are available.
  • Schedule flexibility.
  • Job training is provided, including CPR and First Aid certification for all employees.
