About the Job:

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for restoring homes and commercial properties damaged by water, smoke, fire, or other elements.

We are seeking a skilled Restoration Technician to join our team at United Restoration LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all restoration services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restoration and construction, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Become proficient in water restoration, mold remediation, and fire damage clean-up.
  • Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure all services are delivered on time.
  • Respond to water jobs and initiate mitigation according to IICRC standards and company process.
  • Communicate with customers about scope of work and review necessary paperwork.
  • Maintain all company equipment, keeping it clean and properly maintained at all times.
  • Perform marketing tasks to sell additional services or develop new business as required.
  • Assist in cross-training in related positions as needed.
Job Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • The ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
  • Computer literacy, with working knowledge of office software and spreadsheet applications.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
