Qualifications:

• Doctorate Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) Required
• Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon Upon Hire Required or Licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Upon Hire Required
• Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery or the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. Upon Hire Required and Completion of an accredited college of podiatric medicine. Upon Hire Required
