Food Lion is seeking a part-time Quality Assurance Associate to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality and safety in our stores.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment for our customers
- Minimize shrink through proper utilization of standard practices
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitation tasks
- Identify and report any safety hazards or concerns
- Collaborate with other associates to achieve quality and safety goals
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
