Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality assisted stretch sessions and group classes to clients
  • Encourage and motivate clients to achieve their stretching goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive membership growth and retention
  • Manage client care, including booking appointments, updating client notes, and maximizing session utilization
  • Ensure client safety and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules
  • Participate in staff meetings and educational presentations to stay up-to-date on industry best practices
  • Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed
  • Maintain a strong social media presence to engage with clients and promote StretchLab
  • Clean and maintain equipment to ensure it is available for client use

Requirements:

  • Passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility
  • Preferred background in massage therapy, personal training, physical therapy, athletic training, or Pilates/Yoga instruction
  • Experience working in a fitness/health environment with hands-on training
  • Fitness certification required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create a positive and welcoming environment for clients
  • Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies
  • Availability to complete our 3-day Flexologist Training Program
