Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough medical evaluations and examinations to diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood tests and X-rays, to inform treatment decisions.
- Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation care plans to promote patient recovery and independence.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between healthcare settings.
- Prescribe medications and treatments to manage patient symptoms and conditions.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, test results, and treatment plans.
- Stay current with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and professional development.
- Valid Medical license in WI
- MD/DO BCBE Hospitalist (Internal Medicine or Family Practice/Primary Care with Hospital Medicine experience preferred)
- Federal DEA and possess or eligible for Controlled Substance Certificate
- ACLS Certified
- Competitive salary range: $200-$250/hour
