Laboratory Chemist

Revlon Development is seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Chemist to join our team in the Research and Development department. This role will involve conducting performance tests, operating with discipline, and embracing change.

The ideal candidate will have a 4-year college degree in a science-related field and at least 12 months of experience in a lab environment, preferably in cosmetic or skincare product research and development. As a Laboratory Chemist, you will work closely with other lab partners to ensure the quality of everyone's work.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting all required performance tests, maintaining lab cleanliness and organization, and assisting chemists in lab work, batching, cleaning, organizing, sampling, and labeling.

You will also operate with discipline, helping maintain work such as receiving raw materials and organization, preparing material needed for each task, and keeping areas clean and tidy in accordance with lab safety protocols.
