Compensation Package

The salary for this position ranges from $45,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan with company match.

Job Responsibilities

As a Radon Mitigation Technician, you will be responsible for installing radon mitigation systems in homes and buildings. Your primary goal will be to ensure that these systems are installed correctly and efficiently, minimizing disruptions to our customers' daily lives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or technical training preferred
  • 1-2 years of construction experience (welding, plumbing, HVAC)
  • Ability to work at heights, climb ladders, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
  • Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks in varying weather conditions
