Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- A strong commitment to fostering positive relationships with colleagues, families, and the community.
- A CDA, Associate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is required; partial college completion will also be considered.
- Prior experience in a teaching or assistant teaching role within a licensed early childhood program is preferred.
- Understanding of the social, emotional, and developmental needs of young children.
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing care, including feeding and diaper changes, while attending to the needs of infants and toddlers.
- Engaging infants and toddlers in educational play and activities, monitoring their development and milestones.
- Implementing daily curricular activities for infants and toddlers in accordance with established policies and Primrose’s educational philosophy.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and decision-making in line with health and safety standards.
