CareLink, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing quality care and services to older adults and individuals with disabilities. We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team in the Northern and Central RI Region.

This full-time, float position will provide care at our inpatient and outpatient facilities. The COTA will support patient well-being, rehabilitation, and recovery by providing direct support to a plan of care prescribed by an Occupational Therapist.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program and a valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state of RI. Additionally, the candidate should have interest in working with all abilities, including the IDD population, and possess a valid driver license and auto insurance.

  • Key Responsibilities: Provide unique therapeutic services to enhance patient goals and objectives, support patient well-being and recovery, and work collaboratively with Occupational Therapists to develop and implement care plans.
  • Requirements: Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program, valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state of RI, interest in working with IDD population, and valid driver license and auto insurance.
