About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Backroom Associate at TJ Maxx. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
