Job Title: 11p-7a Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at The Hill at Whitemarsh, a Continuing Care Retirement Community. As an LPN, you will provide high-quality resident care services in our upscale Skilled Nursing community located in Lafayette Hill, PA.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university, or graduate from an approved Nurse program. Current CPR certification and a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a LPN in the state of PA are also required.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide resident care services in our Skilled Nursing community
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor resident vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
