We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical Unit team at Healthcare Partners Investments. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to post-surgical patients in the Med-Surg/ICU unit, adhering to established policies and procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of medications, equipment, expected patient outcomes, and anticipated complications.
- Coordinate patient care with the multidisciplinary team and act in the best interest of the patient.
- Meet the physical demands of the job, including standing, walking, and lifting heavy objects.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure with the State of Oklahoma.
- Minimum of one year experience in Med-Surg, Emergency, or ICU preferred.
- BLS Healthcare certification within 30 days of hire and ACLS certification within 120 days of hire.
Our Medical Surgical Unit is a fast-paced environment with high exposure to hazardous risks. You will be required to follow standard precautions and may be required to work weekends or flex schedules. Travel may be required, and you will be exposed to weather conditions during travel. Good mental and physical health to work for long periods of time in a highly stressful atmosphere is required.
