Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Quest Global. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, and for identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance our overall quality management system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on quality procedures and processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field.
  • Experience with quality management software and tools.
  • Certification in quality management, such as CQA or CQE.
