  • Implementation: Prepare patients for treatments, surgeries, and diagnostic studies, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Evaluation and Documentation: Reassess patients at appropriate intervals, adjusting nursing care as needed, and maintaining accurate and complete records of nursing observations and care.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Provide clear and concise communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members, ensuring seamless care coordination and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma from a formal LVN program approved by the Texas Board of Nursing.
  • Licensure and Certifications: Licensed Vocational Nurse, BLS, and TX Licensure.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
