Safety and Compliance Advisor

Overview
The Sr. Lead Corporate Fleet and Driver Safety Advisor is a critical role that provides leadership and consultation for Chick-fil-A, Inc. corporate fleet and driver safety development, implementation, and mitigation strategies. This position serves as the corporate advisor for fleet and driver safety efforts and initiatives, maintaining updated knowledge of fleet and driver safety practices and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the implementation of Chick-fil-A, Inc. Corporate Fleet and Driver's Safety & Compliance program
- Drive a safe fleet and driver safety culture
- Evaluate and mitigate fleet safety risks
- Lead Fleet Safety & Compliance training
- Analyze data to inform safe decision making
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work collaboratively with Talent, Legal, and leadership across Chick-fil-A, Inc. to develop, implement, and enforce fleet safety policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to vehicle safety and transportation
- Develop and provide training and education to applicable drivers on safe driving practices
Requirements:
- 7 years of safety management experience, preferably with a focus on corporate fleet and driver safety
- Experience working with Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
- National Association of Fleet Administrators (NAFA) certification or equivalent
Travel Requirements: 20%
Required Level of Education: Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Level of Education: Bachelor's Degree
Major/Concentration: Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, or related field
