The YMCA of Greater Grand Rapids is hiring a dedicated Pool Manager to oversee the daily operations of our swimming pools. This role requires strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

About the Role:

  • Manage pool maintenance, repairs, and renovations
  • Oversee pool staffing, including hiring, training, and scheduling
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for pool operations and safety
  • Monitor pool chemistry and water quality, and take corrective action as needed

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in pool management or a related field
  • Certifications in pool operations and maintenance preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.50 per hour, plus benefits package
