We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff Registered Nurse to join our team at St. Croix Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the delivery of exceptional healthcare services.
Job Summary:The Staff Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patient needs, and developing individualized care plans. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide skilled patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and recording patient information.
- Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and implement interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
- Current WI Registered Nurse licensure required.
- Associates Degree in nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- BLS certification required at time of hire.
- Prior acute care experience preferred.
