We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team at HCA Florida Ocala Hospital Imaging Center. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Perform a variety of technical procedures to detect pathology using ultrasound equipment.
- Operate ultrasound machines and send images to the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS).
- Assist in the daily operation of the Radiology Department.
- Use sterile technique when necessary and assist radiologists in invasive procedures.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
- Vocational school graduate or associate's degree required.
- Ultrasonographer, Registered Vascular Technician (RVT), Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, or Registered Vascular Specialist certification.
