BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in West Deptford, New Jersey.

About the Role:
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to clients in their homes
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective care strategies
  • Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide other treatments as needed
  • Monitor patient progress, report changes to the clinical team, and make adjustments to care plans as necessary
Requirements:
  • Current RN license in NJ
  • Minimum 1 year of recent, verifiable clinical experience
  • Prior home care experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and other relevant software
