Job Description

As a Senior Requirements Engineer, you will play a key role in driving business outcomes by developing and implementing effective systems and processes. You will work closely with senior internal and external stakeholders to capture and translate mission and customer requirements into capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Development: Design and implement systems and processes that meet the needs of the organization, applying a structured approach to ensure consistency with the Agency's requirements process and CIO-T strategy.
  • Requirements Management: Develop and maintain a Requirements Traceability Verification Matrix (RVTM) for the program, ensuring all requirements are allocated and tested as needed, and guide mid- and junior-level requirements engineers.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Build and maintain collaborative relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders, interfacing with the Agency Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) system.
  • Education and Experience: A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, or related STEM degree program, or equivalent experience working in a Requirements Engineering discipline or a closely-related field.

Salary Range: $130,000 - $200,000 per year
