Master Craftsman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Machinist to join our team at Reliance One, Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our products and providing expert guidance and training to our team members.

• Perform complex welding operations, including TIG and MIG welding, silver soldering, and spot welding.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Conduct quality checks on completed products to ensure they meet our high standards.
• Maintain and repair shop equipment, including lathes, Bridgeports, surface grinders, and drill presses.
• Read and interpret engineering blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly.
• Lead daily shop organization and clean-up efforts to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Advanced technical knowledge and skills, including reading and executing fabrication and welding blueprints, schematics, and codes.
• Ability to use a surface plate to layout and locate material to X, Y, Z coordinates.
• Advanced ability to TIG and MIG weld steel, stainless steel, cast, and aluminum.
