Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients to review technical scope and engineering requirements, working closely with our Business Development Managers to drive sales pursuits.
  • Prepare detailed estimates by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
  • Develop and maintain cost databases, ensuring accurate labor, material, and time requirements.
  • Present prepared estimates to clients, assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and educational background.
  • 10+ years of industrial automation experience directly related to design, controls, programming, and electrical engineering.
  • Past experience with extensive use of our Methods, Tools, and Process specific to estimating and proposal management standards.
  • Understanding of ERP/Project Costing Systems and parametric estimation tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative and team-oriented DNA.
