About the Role

The Maintenance Person plays a vital role in ensuring the interior and exterior of our restaurant is clean and well-maintained. As a member of our Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to maintain the overall appearance and functionality of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Filter oil fryers daily to ensure they are in good working condition
  • Maintain the outside grounds, including landscaping and waste management
  • Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms to maintain a high level of cleanliness
  • Unload delivery trucks twice a week and take out and empty trash
  • Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
  • Perform small repairs throughout the restaurant as needed
