Job Title: Licensed Clinical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our team at Denova Collaborative Health LLC.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical services to individuals, families, and groups, while maintaining a commitment to ethical practice and adhering to organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with patients and their natural supports to develop and implement effective service plans.
  • Provide clinically appropriate psychotherapy services, adhering to applicable ethical codes, rules, and regulations.
  • Serve as the point of contact for coordination and communication with other systems, requiring clinical knowledge of the case.
  • Assist in screening and coordinating integrated services for patients.
  • Provide clinical oversight to ensure the provision of all covered services identified on the service plan.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of treatment through ongoing assessments of the patient and their natural supports.
  • Participate in individual and group supervision that meets standards set by the AZ Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
  • Maintain client records.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Social Work.
  • Current or pending Arizona license (LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LAMFT, LMFT) with a commitment to ethical practice.
  • Exceptional teamwork, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in mental health diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation.
  • CPR/First Aid certification and a valid Arizona fingerprint clearance.
  • A forward-thinking approach, welcoming the advantages of telehealth.
  • Work within an EMR system, Advance MD preferred.
