We are in search of a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with clients daily to ensure their staffing requirements are met.
- Design and implement recruitment strategies to effectively address both current and future staffing needs.
- Maintain proactive sourcing efforts for new business opportunities within existing properties.
- Conduct interviews and manage the selection process for potential candidates.
- Facilitate training for candidates lacking necessary experience.
- Oversee the completion of background checks, drug screenings, and other essential onboarding paperwork.
- Guide new hires through the onboarding process, including training and integration.
- Address any performance or employee relations concerns for staff on assignment.
- Compile daily activity reports and manage administrative tasks related to hiring and payroll tracking.
- Ensure timely updates are recorded in the system for both clients and candidates.
- Participate in safety meetings and provide weekly training to the property team.
- Execute additional tasks and projects as assigned.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality management, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the staffing industry is advantageous.
- Experience within the hospitality sector is highly desirable.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other computer systems.
