Job Summary

New Story Schools is seeking a qualified Paraprofessional to join our team in Wyoming, PA. As a Paraprofessional, you will work collaboratively with Special Education teachers and Behavior Analysts to fulfill the individual curriculum and self-care needs of students with Autism or emotional/behavioral disorders.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the implementation of students' Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Support students in the classroom/program setting during special subjects such as Physical Education, Vocational programs, and Field trips
  • Implement behavior management strategies and techniques to promote positive student outcomes
  • Collect and record data related to behavioral concerns to assess and monitor student progress
