QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CAREGIVER / DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL:

  • Education: No formal education required.
  • Experience: No prior experience necessary.
  • Skills: Strong communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time management abilities.
  • Attributes: Patience, compassion, reliability, and responsibility.
  • Transportation: A valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance are required for day and evening shifts.
