We assist partners in identifying, nurturing, and qualifying new prospects while also facilitating the acceleration and closure of sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop engaging and innovative marketing materials to support the execution of campaigns and events.

Assist in the planning and implementation of conferences (summits and symposiums), as well as targeted campaigns, webinars, and roundtable discussions in both virtual and in-person settings.

Provide insights to stakeholders based on data-driven analysis and market research.
Evaluate and report on the outcomes and impact of marketing initiatives for the organization.
Establish a cohesive communication strategy with all stakeholders within Consulting and across the wider Gartner network.
Collaborate with Sales, Research, Service, and Conference teams on Consulting demand generation efforts.

Role Impact:
Facilitate profitable growth through exceptional execution and innovative strategies for campaigns and events.
Promote a globally consistent approach by working cross-functionally with key business partners.
Enhance the visibility of the Gartner Consulting brand.
Be recognized as a strategic ally by our primary stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
2 – 3 years of experience in marketing or sales enablement.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in computer-based tools, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Strong skills in data analysis and reporting (Excel is essential, PowerBI is advantageous).
Comfortable with performance metrics related to MQLs and revenue generation.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 62,400 USD - 86,940 USD.

Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.

In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.

Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates.
