Job Summary

We are seeking experienced caregivers and CNAs to join our team in the Santa Ynez Valley area. As a caregiver with BrightStar Care, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple patients at the direction of the assigned facility or one-on-one with clients in their homes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily living activities (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Ensure clients' cleanliness, nourishment, rest, activity, mobility, transfers, and hygiene
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
