In the capacity of VP of Information Technology, you will be instrumental in defining the technology strategy and vision for Majestic Care.

Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing all facets of our IT operations, including infrastructure, software development, cybersecurity, and data management.

This role demands a dynamic leader capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving innovation, and ensuring that our technology solutions are in alignment with our organizational objectives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and implement the IT strategy to bolster the company's mission and goals.
  • Supervise the design, execution, and management of IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Lead and mentor the IT team, cultivating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Guarantee the security, reliability, and performance of all technology systems.
  • Work alongside executive leadership to pinpoint technology trends and deploy solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the IT budget, ensuring the prudent allocation of resources.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with external vendors and partners to support IT initiatives.
  • Promote the adoption of new technologies that can enhance service delivery and improve user experience.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in a senior IT leadership role, ideally as a VP or in a similar capacity.
  • Strong comprehension of IT infrastructure, software development, cybersecurity, and data management.
  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and achieve results.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the non-profit sector is advantageous.
