Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Maple Glen Center in Fair Lawn, NJ. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and achieving positive clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition.
  • Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
  • Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
  • Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
  • Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
  • Maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
Pay and Benefits:

Pay Target: $38.00 per hour
