Adventure Education Internship

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an intern in adventure education. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in outdoor education, climbing, and pedagogy.

• Assist in the planning and execution of multi-day trips with children and teenagers.
• Develop and implement pedagogical and technical knowledge and skills in climbing, safety techniques, and environmental education.
• Contribute to the development of group dynamic processes and promote reflection on learning models of adventure education.
• Support the organization of outdoor activities, such as raft building, low ropes courses, and archery.
• Participate in the "Wir-Klimahelden" program to gain insights into environmental education methods.

• Motivated, dedicated, and independent work.
• Pedagogical experience and knowledge in climbing are a plus.
• Current first aid certificate and police clearance certificate.
• At least 3 months of availability (shorter periods possible in exceptional cases).
• Driver's license ideal.
• Fun and humor.
