About the Role

You will work closely with our project managers to gather information, analyze project scope, and prepare estimates. A strong understanding of construction costs, estimation formulas, and budgeting principles is essential for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze project scope, requirements, and timelines to determine costs.
  • Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to secure the best possible prices.
  • Prepare and submit estimates to clients, including detailed breakdowns of costs.
  • Assist in creating budgets and forecasts for construction projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of project estimates and budgets.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in estimating and analysis, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Knowledge of estimation formulas and ability to forecast building costs.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under tight deadlines.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
