Kona Ice Server Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and charismatic Server to join our local Krew at Kona Ice of Newark/Sheridan. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing superior service to clients and customers with speed and accuracy, while ensuring compliance with hygiene, health, and sanitation guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrive safely to scheduled events and greet customers courteously
- Provide exceptional service to clients and customers
- Comply with company guidelines for hygiene, health, and sanitation
- Perform basic cleaning of trucks/warehouse
- Complete beginning- and end-of-shift prepping and stocking
- Must be able to read, count, and accurately complete documentation
- Communicate maintenance & inventory needs to appropriate staff
