This position will be responsible for marketing efforts at Mullican Care Center in Savoy and Honey Grove Nursing Center.

We are seeking a skilled individual to develop and implement facility marketing plans. The successful candidate will have excellent people skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and in public speaking situations.

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement facility marketing plans, including regular communication with hospital discharge planners, physicians, senior citizen organizations, and social service organizations.
  • Promote long-term care services through speaking presentations to local community groups.
  • Conduct facility tours and daily admissions process for prospective residents.
  • Prepare weekly reports as required.

Requirements:

  • A degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent people skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and in public speaking situations.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
