• Represent the Free People brand with confidence and enthusiasm, embodying our values and style.
• Initiate conversations with customers, share product knowledge, and provide personalized styling advice to enhance their shopping experience.
• Stay up-to-date on events, special offers, and product information to provide an omni-channel experience.

• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by being respectful, helpful, and approachable to colleagues and customers alike.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership to share ideas, participate in daily meetings, and support store initiatives.
• Participate in product knowledge sharing, trend discussions, and personal styling priorities to inspire customers.

• Maintain high visual and operational standards, focusing on customer satisfaction and store profitability.
• Support the shipment process, staying aware of new products and inventory levels.
• Adhere to safety standards, inventory accuracy, and company policies to ensure store success.
