2. Lead the annual operational planning process and conduct monthly performance analysis for the supported areas.
3. Create and refine essential financial metrics to deliver impactful analytics to Business Partners.

5. Articulate business implications derived from analyses and contribute innovative ideas and solutions to address business challenges.
6. Support various financial activities, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, month-end closure, financial reporting, and business case formulation.
7. Collaborate effectively with all management levels within a matrixed organizational framework.

Work Environment:
This position operates in a hybrid work model, allowing employees to alternate between remote and office settings. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to be present in the office 2-3 designated days per week, as determined by leadership and site requirements, with a general expectation of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
