Key Responsibilities:

- Investigate and respond to reports of unusual activities on-site.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

- Familiarity with the layout of the property and its facilities.
- Proficient in using communication devices such as phones and radios.
Education and Experience:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- Previous experience in security is advantageous but not essential.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to navigate the property efficiently.
- Prolonged periods of monitoring surveillance equipment while seated.
- Standing and observing surroundings for extended durations.
- Frequent twisting and bending movements.
Applicant Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Flexible scheduling availability is necessary.
- High school diploma, GED, or 10 years of verifiable work experience is required.
- Must be drug-free prior to employment offer; refusal to undergo testing will disqualify candidates.
- All prescribed medications must be in a labeled container from a licensed pharmacist.
- Must maintain sobriety and have reliable transportation.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
- Compliance with state licensing requirements for Security Officers, if applicable.
