Physical Therapist

Williamson Health is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in the Bone and Joint Rehabilitation Services department. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients, helping them to recover from injuries or illnesses and regain their mobility and independence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, taking into account their unique needs and goals.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas of improvement and develop effective treatment strategies.
- Provide hands-on therapy sessions, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions to promote healing and recovery.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing education and support to promote understanding and adherence to treatment plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required.
- Prior experience in outpatient and/or sports medicine PT preferred.
- Ability to work well under pressure and function independently as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to lift and/or move patients with necessary assistance/assistive devices in case of emergency evacuation.
