At beBee Professionals, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Professional to join our team as a Clinical Care Specialist in Sioux Falls. This role will involve working closely with patients and medical teams to provide the highest level of care and support.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and monitor patient health, including vital signs and medical histories, to inform treatment decisions and ensure optimal care outcomes.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with healthcare teams.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Educate patients and their families on medical conditions, treatments, and post-treatment care, empowering them to take an active role in their healthcare.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to regulatory standards and ensuring seamless communication among healthcare providers.
Requirements:
  • A valid RN license in the United States is required for this position.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • At least 1 year of clinical experience is necessary to succeed in this role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration and patient education.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • The salary range for this position is approximately $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
