Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare case-specific documents, including memoranda and briefs">
  • Ensure that case-related documents are well organized and available for review">
  • Conduct legal research and investigation">
  • Provide general administrative support">
  • Communicate with clients and witnesses">
  • Attend court sessions and take record of important information">
  • Maintain and update documentation">
  • Assist with discovery requests">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bilingual in Spanish">
  • Previous experience as a Paralegal or similar role preferred">
  • Certification or Associates Degree as a Paralegal or Law Clerk Pending Bar Results">
  • Familiarity with legal procedures, terminology, and the court system preferred">
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills">
  • Highly organized with document management experience">
  • Excellent research skills on Westlaw">
  • Comfortable Microsoft Office and Adobe">
  • Ability to multitask and work well under deadlines">

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience.
