Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled and compassionate Charge Registered Nurse to join our team at HOC Jail in Franklin, WI. As a Charge RN, you'll be responsible for overseeing the total health care delivery system in your assigned unit, ensuring compliance with policy and procedure, and coordinating patient care with other departments.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate patient care with other departments
- Monitor nursing service and maintain accurate records
- Assist with staff orientation, training, and evaluations
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the unit
- Maintain a professional atmosphere and attend staff meetings
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse within the state of employment
- Current CPR Certification
