- Respond promptly to referral inquiries, ensuring comprehensive and accurate patient assessments.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with referral sources through in-services and facility tours.
- Play a significant role in promoting our inpatient rehabilitation unit, contributing to its growth and sustainability.
- Stay informed about regulatory standards and demonstrate exceptional clinical competencies.
- Participate in strategic planning to identify service improvement opportunities and address patient needs.
- Commit to ongoing professional development by attending workshops and engaging with relevant literature and professional organizations.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of three years of clinical experience in an inpatient setting.
- Relevant licensure in nursing, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, or physical therapy.
