Key Responsibilities
  • Lead program core teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize customer needs and develop solutions.
  • Manage and resolve complex issues requiring multi-party alignment of AMD teams, customers, and partners.
  • Communicate effectively with executives, customers, and co-workers to ensure successful project execution.
Requirements
  • Strong technical program management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex programs.
  • Ability to get results in a large, matrixed organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Consistent record of leading and successfully delivering medium-to-large tech programs.
  • Experience building and leading cross-functional core teams.
  • Understanding of server architecture, server software, and HPC/AI workloads.
  • Solid years of relevant work experience.
