The Director of Marketing is responsible for driving occupancy at Providence Place by leading and executing the community's marketing program.
You will develop comprehensive marketing strategies to generate leads, increase sales, and foster strong relationships with prospects and referral sources.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing a marketing plan that includes measurable targets across advertising, telemarketing, and community outreach.
- Making strategic outside sales calls to attract new residents.
- Hosting lead-generation programs and community events to drive interest.
- Conducting educational programs to engage community employees in marketing initiatives.
- Maintaining and updating a database of prospects, referral sources, and contacts.
- Presenting annual competitive market analysis to the Board of Trustees.
- Facilitating the leasing process and ensuring a warm welcome for new residents.
- Serving as a liaison between Providence Place and other community services supporting senior independence.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in senior housing sales, with a proven track record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and database software (REPS).
- Experience in non-profit senior housing is a plus.
