We are seeking a skilled and versatile Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) to join our team at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center. Responsibilities- Provide first-assisting services in cardiac procedures, including scrubbing and suturing.
- Work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in pre-operative and post-operative patient care, including assessment, planning, and implementation of care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of patient education programs and materials.
- Collaborate with the nursing staff to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care.
- Current RNFA certification and licensure in the state of Washington.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RNFA in a cardiovascular setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
