This position is ideal for newly graduated veterinarians (and current veterinary students) who will benefit from our tailored support through a comprehensive 6-month mentorship program and a collaborative hospital environment.
We are in search of a proficient Associate Veterinarian to become part of our 5-doctor, extended-hour small animal general and emergency practice.
The ideal candidate will be either an experienced veterinarian or a confident new graduate eager to deliver exceptional patient care and client service in a dynamic clinic setting. Our extensive mentoring program for recent graduates allows for exposure to a wide range of cases, from routine wellness to urgent care.
VCA All Pets is a vibrant, busy practice known for its high-quality, compassionate care and outstanding customer service. While wellness and client education are fundamental to our practice, we also have a strong reputation for urgent and emergency care, which constitutes a significant portion of our services. Our extended hours, advanced equipment, and skilled support staff enable us to provide continuity of care that fosters a strong partnership between clients and the hospital.
Our facility is bright and spacious, featuring five examination rooms and a large surgical suite. To ensure excellent care, we are equipped with in-house laboratories (including Vetscan CBC, chemistries, I-stat, PT/PTT, and various SNAP tests), endoscopy, surgical laser, orthopedic surgical equipment, ultrasound, digital radiography, and oxygen ICUs. Digital dental radiographs are available for every patient undergoing dental prophylaxis, and VCA's CareClub offers a cost-effective solution for establishing a robust preventative care relationship. Our well-trained and compassionate staff, along with the VCA management team, are committed to supporting you in providing the best options for your clients.

Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. The annual salary range for this position is $120,000 to $160,000 (base salary before production). This position may also qualify for additional variable pay programs.
