Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Imperative Chemical Partners, Inc. is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team in Andrews, TX.

Job Summary:

The Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for the mixing of raw materials to create finished products according to batch sheets. This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and maintaining equipment, tanks, and vessels
  • Observing and following safety procedures and SOPs
  • Transferring finished product into drums and totes
  • Assisting other technicians as needed
  • Preparing containers for filling
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Operating equipment, including tanks, mixers, scales, meters, and pumps
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years' experience in a blending or mixing environment
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to read and comprehend written and oral instructions
  • Mathematical skills to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
  • Ability to lift 60 pounds and work in a hot, dusty environment
Working Conditions:

The Manufacturing Technician will work in a fast-paced environment with occasional exposure to hot and dusty conditions. The ability to lift 60 pounds and stand for long periods is required.
