Airport Retail Keyholder

Located in Chicago O'Hare International Airport, we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a MAC Keyholder. As a keyholder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coaching team members, and driving sales growth.

• Provide great guest service and coach team members to do the same
• Manage cash over/short during shift and ensure restaurant team members are following cash management policies
• Support the Operations/General Manager in meeting operational goals and execution
• Ensure Brand standards are met throughout shift including preparation of food and beverages
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results to restaurant team members

• Basic computer skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Works well with others in a fast-paced team environment
• On time, demonstrates honesty and a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt to change
• Guest focused
• Ability to assist with training

• Standing on feet
• Repetitive motion including bending, stooping and reaching
